ABOUT

I built the help I couldn't find.

I'm Arianne, founder of Todspot, mom to three boys, and a complete nerd about infant and toddler development.

Where it started

When my first son, Freddy, was born, I was exactly where you might be right now. Sleep-deprived. Overwhelmed. Surrounded by a million opinions.

Everyone had advice. My pediatrician, my family, the books, the internet. But it all came in separate pieces. Someone talked to me about feeding. Someone else about sleep. Someone else about development. Nobody looked at how it all fit together, in my real house, with my real baby.

And I kept thinking: it's not just sleep. It's never just sleep. So I built the way I wish someone had worked with me. Today it's called the Todspot N.E.S.T. Method.

How I work

I work with families fully virtually, wherever you live.

I don't do one-off sessions. The first plan is rarely the last one, because your child keeps changing. What makes this work is knowing your child over time.

Your family stays private. I change every name I share, I never post about a family without permission, and calls are never recorded unless we both agree.

What I believe

  • Your child isn't a formula. Two children can have the same problem for completely different reasons.
  • Behavior is information. A wake, a hold, a meltdown: each one is telling us something.
  • You don't need perfect. You need to understand what happened, reset, and know what to do next.
  • Clear doesn't have to mean harsh. Consistency and warmth belong together.
  • I'll tell you the truth. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so and help you find who is.

Tell me what's happening in your house.

You don't need to have it figured out. That's literally my job.

I'm right here. Ari
